Cancellations

Notice is required if you would like to cancel your coaching session. (No-show and lateness are included.)

This cancellation must be given by 19:00 the day before your booked session to ensure that charges will not be incurred.

If the required notice has not been given 50% of the affected coaching price will be added to your next visit.

In the event of a repeated occasion, 100% of the coaching price will be added to your next visit.

Please note that the Company reserves the right to refuse any future bookings.

* Lateness may also result in the cancellation of your appointment (Please read lateness policy below.)

Lateness

Please notify me if you are running a few minutes late and I will do my best to accommodate you. It is likely that this time will run into your coaching session. In this event, you will still be charged for the full coaching session. If the coaching session cannot go ahead due to lateness then the cancellation policy goes into effect.

Bookings

Appointments are typically made via the booking system found here. Any appointments which are offered to you via email/messaging will be offered to you based on current availability and the Company reserves the right to offer these times to another client if you have not yet confirmed your appointment.

Consultation and referrals

Before your first coaching session, you will be asked to complete a consultation form. During the consultation you will be asked for personal information which is held in the strictest of confidence. This information will be held for 12 months and it is your responsibility to let me know of any changes to your health and well-being so that an assessment can be made before carrying out any subsequent coaching sessions.

Please note; Coaching is not therapy so therefore mental health disorders or past traumas are not addressed. In this event, the company reserves the right to refuse coaching services if it is believed that you are unsuitable.

The Company does not take any responsibility for the referral of alternative services.

Minors

Due to the nature of such specialised work, The Mother-Daughter Coaching Programme is unfortunately age restrictive. The daughter must be at the minimum age of 16 and have a good level of maturity and commitment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue coaching sessions to anyone under the age of 18 if it is believed that they do not want or are not ready for the coaching session.  On occasions, payment may still be charged which will be determined on an individual basis.

Children/Companions

In order to maintain a safe and confidential environment where you are fully present, please arrive alone to your appointment unless you are arriving as a mother-daughter couple.

Payment

Payment is taken on-site and directly after each coaching session. The company only accepts Chf cash or Twint payment. Any other currency or form of payment will be refused. Please ensure that your Twint App is working/set-up ahead of your appointment.

Please note; These coaching services are not covered by your health insurance.

Discounts

The Company does not run special discounts for students, pensioners or for those receiving social benefits.

Upon arrival

In order to ensure client confidentiality, the front door to the coaching practice will be closed until the time of your appointment. Please ensure that your phone is on silent and personal belongings are kept with you at all times as the company does not take responsibility for them.

Rights reserved

The Company reserves the right to refuse the custom of any client who behaves in an impolite, rude, disrespectful or aggressive manner. A level of respect must be maintained at all times. The Company also reserves the right to decline the custom of any client due to unsuitability or if it is believed that they may not be ready for coaching. In cases such as mental health disorders, learning disabilities, unresolved trauma or well-being issues etc then you will be recommended to seek therapy.

In this event, the Company does not take any responsibility for the referral of alternative services.

The Company is a non-discriminative service provider who is committed to equality irrespective of ethnicity, religion, belief or sexual preference. Due to the nature of this work, the coaching services are only available in the English language and to the female community.

Results

Before going ahead with your coaching session, it is important to understand that the role of your coach is to help facilitate growth and change through a process of thought-provoking and empowering questions. The intention of such questions is to engage with the client at their core level, which is where real transformation can happen. The role of the client is to 'trust the process' and to be as open and as engaging as possible but to accept that they are ultimately responsible for their own results throughout their coaching journey.

Complaints

If you felt dissatisfied in any way during your service then please do not hesitate to inform the Company via email within 24 hours. Any form of complaint is taken seriously and the company aims to reach a prompt solution that ensures customer satisfaction.

Please note that the Company's policies are in place to ensure that problems/misunderstandings are unlikely to arise so please read them thoroughly.

Furthermore, the Company welcomes all types of feedback whether that be the handling of your booking, the service you received within the coaching session or the information which has been provided to you. Please provide your feedback via email so that the necessary changes can be made to improve the overall performance of the company.
